A genus of the Gandharvas (a kind of demi-gods) is called Āgneya (Agneya). They are the followers of Kuvera. Vāyupurāṇa (Vayupurana) says that  the Āgneya-Gandharvas live in the mountain Devakūta (Devakuta).
