Āsāraṇa(Asarana)  is a Yakṣa (Yaksha; a kind of demi-gods). According to Bhāgavatapurāṇa (Bhagavatapurana), Āsāraṇa is one of those who stay in the chariot of Surya (Sun-god) in the month of Bhādra (Bhadra).
